floor replacement

I just bought my first boat, a 1986 ebbtide 180 riviera.
I know I have to replace the floor I was just wondering if anybody has any tips or ideas on the best way to go about it any suggestions would be appreciated

I am doing the same on my 94 182se, I am putting a coat of resin on both sides of the wood and then fiberglass the seams and one more coat of resin over the whole floor. Kind of expensive but worth it I believe
