Dropped my float and it chipped a bit while rebuilding my carbs. Does it need to be replaced? Also, when it is chipped (1/4" of surface) does that allow it to become saturated and not function by not allowing fuel into the bowl or vis versa allowing it to flood(gas coming out of carb throat).
