Fishing Machine 142 or 146 Information

I am in search of a small fishing boat to take my young boys out fishing (ages 11-4) Where can I get the specifications or any information on older model Sea Nymph Fishing Machine's. I am looking at some older model (late 80's) 14.5' boats. Some are called 142 some 146 but I can't see the difference.

Price's are around $2,500 - $3,000...does that sound right?
