cats are one of the best tasting freshwater fish.

Go to Cracker Barrel restaurant if you have one near you.
Order the fried catfish dinner.
You won't regret it.

i have had catfish, and they are nasty.
i think the difference is the ones you can eat are farm raised, or don't come from a polluted bay.
