First time floor replacement

My better half bought an 80's model Convoy. (dirrivative of Glastron).
Although she thought it was a deal, the sole is rotten down to the stringers.
I've removed the sole with the help of my trusty Fein multimaster which gave a good clean outline for replacing the sole.

My question. After reading through the forurms I'm not sure whether to glass in the new stringers and sole as it was built or to epoxy them in. What kind of epoxy should I use if I go that route?

This is my first power boat, I'm a blowboater by nature, but when Momma's not happy nobody is happy.

Thanks for the answer. I'm finding a lot of folks in the same soup as me. I was digging on the boat today and found some rot in the transom too.
When it rains it pours..
