First time Boat owner

Lost my hunting lease and decided to return to fishing so I just purchased a 1984 Skeeter Spitfire 175. It has a 1984 Yamaha 220 hp V6 on it and I am told that is the original configuration. The information on the boat indicates it is rated for a 150 - 175 hp engine. It runs out good except for bogging out of the holw and I am going to check some of the things out I have read here about that. Thanks 12Footer....I have had it out and it runs like a dream.....even caught a bass on the second cast from it.....I have always heard the two happiest days in a mans life are the day he gets a boat and the day he finally sells it.......I think the sell part will be a long way down the road....
