I was in Miami beach earlier this week. Coming back to Nashville wasn't too bad (was comfortable in shorts and a sweater), but the plane was going on to Milwaukee. I think the flight attendants were handing out shovels.
By the time you land you'll be in a much smaller plane, Beaver, Otter if you're lucky...lol? Hoody? Hope that includes a bunch of layers ..Donchya know.... Youre lucky, it's warming up to 29⁰ today....
Bummer you aren't getting there sooner, grandpa! But as we age we get a bit slower ... it's to be expected! Praying all goes well for your daughter and grandchild!
