firing problem

I have a 200hp johnson it was running fine i cut it off and when i started it up it was missing i checked the firing. It was firing on three of the cylinders on the same side the other three are not firing. Could it be the power pack? Or somthing else .

Swap it with the other power pack and see if the problem follows the swap....... if it does..... you need a power pack.
