finally some pictures

after half a year i now have pictures. hopefully i can get them loaded up here. the snow has melted enough to get to the boat and start taking some things apart. transom is rotted along with the floor. motor has some mouse damage but it turns freely and shifts into gear. ok after several attempts to load pictures i could not get it to work. can anyone give me a hand

ok still cant get it to work. guess i should stick to wiring and fabricating.
