i just bought this boat and it ran good at 5500rpm at 37mph. now it does 32mph at 5100rpm and bogs about half throttle trying to get on plane, once it gets on plane runs smooth but cant get to the speed and rpms i was when i bought it. new fuel filter, water fuel seperator, plugs and oil.ive ran the bought about 10 times and about the last 4 times its been acting this way. any help would be great.
