Well guys, the weather here in the Midwest has me thinking that boating is just around the corner and I'm contemplating (again) skinning my pontoon. I know that there are numerous posts here about how to, etc..., but I guess I'm looking for a very simple answer -

IF YOU HAVE SKINNED YOUR PONTOON, on a scale from 1-10, with one being not in a million years and 10 being absolutely, knowing what you know now (the installation itself, cost, results, etc...), if you had it to do over, would you still skin it?

Thanks in advance to all that respond.

We sort of qualify, Dwight. We skinned the underside of our 24' Starcraft after the installation of the infamous "Pontoon Waterglide". It wasn't hard, helps protect the bottom, cleans up the turbulance and directs the flow of water more efficiently. Most agree you'll gain 1-3 mph in speed, and dosen't hurt resale value. I'd say if you're going to keep your barge awhile, 5-10+ years, it's worth it. Good luck. !!! Sorry, forgot about your SIMPLE answer. Scale 1-10 = "8".
