Experience with Moeller sterndrive painting anyone?

Volvo Penta sterndrive repaint:

I used Alumiprep
I used bondrite metal conditioner
I sprayed bare areas with zinc phosphate (moller)
Awaiting topcoat and clearcoat (both Moller)

Questions:
1) Do I now have to use ANOTHER primer before topcoating?

2) Im going to let it dry for 2/3 days (Can says 24 hrs). Do I now have to scuff before topcoating or adding other type of primer? I think I would use scotchbrite pad

3) How long does topcoat have to dry before going in water?
