IF you are getting water droplets on a spark plug, then I would suspect an inner exhaust plate gasket. Otherwise test for adequate spark and compression. Once both are confirmed fine get a factory service manual and clean the carbs very carefully, paying particular attention to the very small idle fuel passages and air bleed passages.
Follow the detailed instructions to sych the carb linkages and adjust the idle mixtures.
