Exhaust leak? Johnson 50hp -84

Hi!
I got a Johnson 1984 50hp. The engine leaks water and exhaust from the midsection (see picture). I am wondering if there is a leak from the exhaust housing, perhaps a need to change the gasket (0351019)?

Also, I get this "gunk" around the engine, under the cowling. Wondering if that is also exhaust, or what it could be? Could it be that the other gasket (0351018) from the housing is also leaking? Or is it all unrelated?

Exhaust relief gasket Part# 0329826??
Just my guess. Parr #85 in picture.
As far as gunk inside...
Sometimes when tilted fuel escapes carbs and dribbles ...
I'm sure other folks will be along and give you more accurate and better suited answers. Don't order anything based on my answers alone.
