Evinrude year and h.p.?

Found an old Evinrude boat motor out in my grandfathers pasture sitting in an old barn.I have tried one Evinrude dealer and they really did not know too much about these old boat motors,but what they did know is that they were willing to give me 100. dollars for it.Should I take the money and run?I have a few questions besides that one. One,what is the year and h.p.,two, is it worth restoring and if it is,three, how hard is it to find parts.Serial # 6039-12162.Thanks-Powerworks

Model 6039 is a Speeditwin 22.5 HP<br />Serial number 12162 indicates a 1948 model.<br />I'll leave your other questions to the antique experts.
