Evinrude Starflite Motor Mount

I purchased a boat that has a 50hp Evinrdue Starflite outboard motor. The part that hangs over the transom (where you turn a screw to make the motor mount tightly to the transom) is broken on one side. Can I replace this part (it looks like that one mount is comprised of 2 pieces [a left and a right]). What is this part called?
