evinrude serial number id

Have found # on engine mount. I can't find info on engine with these numbers.SN G702D E10692. I purchased it in a garage sale. Dont know
anything about it. Need help.IF I had info I could get a manual????

Someone else will chime in but I assume it is a 1969 Evinrude 9.5 or 10 HP.

Double check that model number of E10692. I don't have that exact number in my book.

Does it look like an antique? Like from the 1930's?

Ah, the light comes on. Betcha that is a 6702D, not G702D. A 1967 six horsepower.

Yes, it's a '51 or '52 14hp.
