evinrude outboard

guys got big problem trying to get lower leg of to change impeller ,but bolts are seized ,twisted one of already;cant get other bolts to move .and no way to lubricate them ,anybody have any solutions for this .thanks

What motor are we talking about? Is it salt water?

Soak them in a quality penetrating oil such as PB Blaster or Kroil, heat with a torch, then use impact wrench.

chris 70 hp evinrude 3 cyc yes salt water.how to i soak with oil .i dont see anyway to spray oil on them

Start off with a mapp gas torch, wack the bolts on the heads and heat more. Then put a wrench or socket on them and slowly rock back and forth. If you once get it broke loose, keep on rocking and heating.
