Evinrude-no spark, need year motor made

Just bought old Evinrude 50 Starflite, no fire to plugs, need manual but cannot find year was made, Model # V4SL-11, Serial # 1921255, appreciate any help

Thanks Bear, does look like the pic you posted except for easy access doors for plugs, any idea where I can find parts for this motor?
