evinrude motor whar year

make e25rcnb model e0067481 anybody know what year this motor is it is a 25 hp only place i found any no. was on freeze plug

thanks i have another problem the shaft from the power head to the lower unit is not splined the same as the power head . dont know anything about the history of the motor all i know is the top of the shaft is a 4 spline and the power head is more than that and larger. am i missing a sleeve or something

Was this motor together when you got it,or was the lower disconnected and came with it?
