Hello all, please bear with me as I am new to boating. I recently got a 12' fiberglass sears boat with a Evinrude model 9822E. The motor idle's great and performs good at low rpm, but from medium to wide open throtle there is no change in RPM's and the boat just wont plane off. Any suggestions would be a great help! Thanks in advance.
