evinrude lower unit (leak)

I have a 1967 evinrude 60 hp sportfour model 60733.

I tilted the motor today and gear oil leak out of the water inlet(s) bottom by anti-cavitation plate and trim tab and the side by the vent screw.
I had planned on replacing the impeller anyway.

Dose anyone have a idea of wear this leak is coming from and what seal i should replace?

Also when i replace the impeller can just get by with new gasket on this model?

Can anyone recommend wear to get parts for this year?
