hi guys. i just got a older outbord its a evinrude the guy said it was a 9.9 ? the only numbers i could find on the plate is 10020-09002 any idea what year and model it is thanks for any help.

is this a sportstwin. also im looking for a hood I checked on ebay and did not see one.
