Evinrude E15Rccs carb cover plate

When replacing roller cam a section broke off where the screw holds the roller cam to the cover plate. It was a clean break and not in a section with any ports. Has anyone attempted a repair with an adhesive and if so what type? I cleaned both pieces with acetone to remove any residue. As this part is no longer available repair is my only option. Thankd

presumably this one les than 20$ ....
as to gluing.... crazy glue overlaid with baking soda becomes rock hard and may work even be reshaped....but the parrt is inexpensive


to set the glue in 1 second as small pray bottle with 1-2 onces of rubbing alcool mixed with 1-2 pea sized load of baking soda will act as instant hardener.

Repair that cover ( item 25 ) with JB-weld epoxy.-

If it's 25 like shown above, yes I glued one. Very little pressure there.
