Evinrude does not start-help!

I have a 77 Evinrude 25hp motor that does not start. It has spark, gas, and on occasion will fire, but does not run. I am missing the manual. Is it the points? How do I change the points? Any other ideas? Any help would be much appreciated!

If it has spark, it aint the points. Spray some WD40 down the carb body and see ifn it fires. If it does, it's a fuel delivery <br />problem. If not, check the timing. Prime suspect is the flywheel key has sheared,throwing the timing way out.<br />Good luck and tight llinez.
