got new fuel pump & water impellar. found really good place for parts and help and wasn't 10 miles from my house - Truit Marine - just south of cleveland, ga - hwy 129

#1 .. in the carb ... can the core plug & filter plug be removed from carb for cleaning?

#2 ..electrical .. I am not getting fire to the lower sparkplug.. points set right .. could this be the condenser?
