EVINRUDE 9.5 1968 "missing"

Thanks to you guys we are making progress with this oldie but goodie. New fuel tank ,line and primer bulb fixed the last problem. Now she starts and runs continuosly but is missing or popping, I suspected fuel still so with a cleaner conditioner in the fuel the problem decreased greatly. Confirms carb? do I need a rebuild or more extensive cleaning? Second I checked the lower end oil and very litte came out and it was black mixed with water, not foamy though. Is everything I would need in an impeller kit or are there other gaskets I should replace. Oh yeah, oil in water bucket when running, spitter working well engine temp good. Thanks for your continued help, I need it!

If you're missing and sputtering in a barrel, try it out on the lake. Those 9.5s always sputter in a barrel.
