Evinrude 40 hp(1992)

Can anybody please tell me how to remove the trim as i have to replace the oil seal(Its a manual trim) Ive tried everything but ...no can do.
Help

Do i have to remove the engine mounting brackets(where the motor gets bolted to the boat)????If so how??????
