Evinrude 4 hp 1985 cooling

Dumb chick question coming up. I bought a 1985 Evinrude 4 hp outboard at a yard sale. It seems to run great but I can't figure out where the cooling water comes out. I'm used to outboards that have an easily visible spot where the water streams out, so that the operator can tell that its being cooled properly. There does seem to be a spray coming out at the rear directly over the prop. Is this actually the cooling water? Also, is it difficult to find parts for this engine? Any good places to look? Thanks a bunch and I'm sure I'll have more questions.
