Evinrude 30 losing a cylinder when warm

Replace the offending plug wire if it is shorting out and you are losing spark. If you can run this engine in the dark you will probably see the spark arcing to the block. If you suspect that your coil is getting weak and shorting out when it gets warm then replace it as they are not that expensive.

had a 50 that did that, replaced coils, then power pack, now ok
