Re: evinrude 200 fuel pump pressure
No alarms so far. This is the problem. The motor starts easily. Out of the water I have no problem. When I go in the water it maintains good idle speed in forward and reverse. Then when I start acceleration it turns off. Looks like an air-gas strangled. It starts again like nothing happened. Then I start acceleration again pressing the choke and it runs perfectly well. The choke is only needed to pass 2500 rpm. Then it runs smooth and steady.
Tashasdaddy answers my original thread. I'm following his recommendations. I need to put more fuel to the carbs. If I have a restriction it is possible that I have low fuel pressure at the fuel pump.
thanks for the help.
