Motor starts up at 850 to 1000 RPM's and after about 10 seconds races to 4000 RPM's.
Other than than motor runs fine when put into gear at low RMS.
Can I have a fuel pump issue??
Carb.'s were rebuilt, filters replaced, bulb primed.
Is it looking for fuel at low RPS's for the reason its racing?
Could I have a reed valve problem?
