Math, I'm afraid you have limited options to choose from in order to rig up an operational ignition system. In my opinion, you can do one of the following;
1. Pray that you are able to scrape up a working magneto from a donor motor.
2. Acquire a working buzz coil (Model T type, or otherwise) and wire it up to use the points and timer that you do have to get your motor going.
With your ignition in its current state, a buzz coil and battery represents the best solution at the lowest cost and least amount of work. You will not be able to use magneto parts from an opposed twin outboard unless you're willing to perform radical surgery and make drastic alterations to the Model D, and even if there was an outside chance that such work would yield a positive result, I wouldn't advise anybody to try it.
