I have a 79 evinrude 150. the trim motor runs in both directions and it will go down a little but it will not go up. when the trim is activated upward it seems it is trying to push but hydraulic fluid leaks around the rod. Is there seal kit to replace or rebuild the two cylinders. Also does anyone know of the best websites to find parts for these older models. Thanks

There is an o ring in the trim cylinder end cap that needs to be replaced. When you say parts, are you referring to the motor or the trim as mentioned? Motor parts are readily available, check here on iboats.

There were two different trim cylinders used...Its either a Prestolite or a Showa.....the o-rings are different between the two if I remember correctly.
