evin 150 powerhead replacement

got my powerhead gasket in the mail today the two small bolt holes in the

back of the gasket are broke in the thin spot on the outside will this hurt
also is it easier to mount powerhead with lower on or off its currently off

i figures this project is becoming a pain but i guess thats boating
ordered it from ishop came in nice box took three weeks to get
cant think about how long it would take to exchange
will just have to order sierra from napa
