One dinner at noon and just finished a second at BIL's house. Man oh man is the snow ever coming down, If this keeps up we will have a couple of feet by morning.

Has been a Good Thanksgiving Techno and all. Great would have been....my Bride at dinner with me and the kids at my Bros house with my side of the family this year. Great camaraderie and dinner. But my Wife was missed.<br /><br />My Bride went back to werk part time as a CNA, Assisted Living facility in late August this year. I and our children missed her at the festivities, as well as other family. And She was bummed that She had to be away, but, she really is dedicated to the Folks at her facility, knowing that they celebrate thanksgiving as well.<br /><br />The kids and I were home early from my bros, they are sleeping dreams now, and I remain waiting for my Bride to come home.

Put the turkey on 250 degrees for 5 hours and took the boat to the lake for an over casted day of fishing. Came back sat down to the moistest tastest bird ever. Plus the boat had a good run through the water...<br />Happy Thanksgiving<br />BD Tub Toy

Ah yes! Lots of turkey and plenty leftover for sandwiches the next week and then we'll round it all off with turkey soup. Yep, plenty of turkey. Can anyone say Triptofan(sp?) overdose?

Was going to post last night but the fingers had table cramps. <br /><br />Large meal at the folks house. Had every thing from traditional turkey to Chinese pot stickers, dumplings and dressing. Apple pie, pumpkin pie and Yum Yum Salad. Looked like a flop house after....everyone laying around groaning......

Nobody here went hungry either, including my 4 legged garbage disposal. That maybe why it appeared that the small grandkids ate so well....Good thing the dog can't talk!
