evenrude foot trouble

hey there i posted yesterday about a foot for a evenrude 35 still cant get apart it comes apart 1-2 inches there is no plate on side anywere to let go linkages the serial # is C7121264 and model# is e35rlclg

I'm presuming that's E35RLCIG - (Evinrude, 35hp, Rope start, Longshaft, 1981 (CI))<br /><br />You would never guess in a million years how to disconnect that linkage.
