I repacked the bearings on my 1988 escort trailer for my 19 foot bayliner boat. I want to replace the grease seal on the posterior hub. The seal appears to also act as a spacer? The markings on the seal are vhd #48967-01. Where can i find a replacement seal. I was also told a thinner oil seal would work because i did not need a spacer posteriorly. Is that correct?
