Erratic Alarm not starting 2017 60HP 4 Stroke EFI

Their scanner is about $500, I didn't want to pay for one issue. That sounds interesting about the fuel issue. I knew that was probably an issue but still not sure why it's doing it. The voltage isn't dropping to 6v. it's only dropping to about 10.5 on my multimeter. So, it seems for some reason not enough fuel is getting to the VST and the hi pressure pump... I agree with the trust issues. But they were ok

I guess if the problem is before the vst cranking and starting the engine several times would bleed the air out the opposite way. I would be looking at the fuel lines around the low pressure pump and distribution block. Looking for a leak of some sort letting air in and or fuel out .
But why the second beep at start? Mystery to you and to me. Mine is consistent now every time the system check gives the one beep indicating all OK then at start the second beep longer duration that has me pulling hair.

I know what you mean, I'm stumped too. The primer bulb never used to go flat until this problem started, I'm still leaning toward the lp fuel pump. Sometimes I wonder it the beep is separate from the real problem. Because when I try to start it it tries to start and dies. Then it won't start. It's like it ran out of fuel.
