I have a 96 mariner 150 efi. I was at the lake this week and it ran like a champ the first day. Then the second day around noon it just died, no sputter at all, just died. I stopped and turned they key, started just fine. Wen about 1 minute, they died again. It kept doing this all th way back to shore. It had a fresh tank of gas. It happened about 2 years ago also but I thought it had stopped because it hadn't happened again. Would a fuel pump do this and then work for 2 years and do it again? I'm at a loss on where to start because the problem is intermittent. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
