Engine Noise

I was getting some vibration which was coming from the engine cover. I put house weatherstripping around the engine access where the cover meets the boats. IThe boat is so quiet now but i am worried about fuel fumes etc? Anyone else do this

Install a blower vent motor for the engine compartment. flip the switch and run it before starting the boat to exhause any fuel fumes. after running ventilation shouldn't be a problem. watch out for Hot summer days and ventilate often.
