Engine Leaking Fuel Out the Side

I have a 2 Stroke 1982 150HP Mercury Black Max. It stinks when it runs, worse than other 2 strokes. And it appears to be leaking fuel out of the side of the engine, underneath the electrical boxes that are mounted to the right side of the engine.

Any ideas before I start pulling things apart would be excellent!

Some of the bleed lines go through that area you may have a broken one it's a common problem.
