Once again
achris was right!
Yesterday I installed the exhaust manifolds and found one or the rear mounting bolts was loose.,,,,I tightened it.
I just checked it and after tapping the alignment bar to get the bar to go into the coupler and then tapping it again after it was installed I can now install the bar w/ 2 fingers and remove with the same.
Thanks you achris....this was more stressfull to me than building the engine!
