Sounds like the water pump impeller in the lower unit needs replaced. This is what draws water from the lake to cool your motor and exhaust. Thats why in your video you are getting so much smoke ( Steam )

Lota info on here about it.

Can any one else chime in, based off all the facts I have given in this thread tell me what might be going on?

So far I got the following:

1. Hard to start, I have to attempt to start it 5-10 times with 1-5 minute breaks in between until it finally starts.
2. Smokes/steams really bad.
3. Not sucking in water it seems. Seems to run at normal temps though.
4. Oil is milky color, looks like coffee with creamer added.
5. Once it is started, it runs absolutely perfect.

If the engine isn't getting over 140 then it's sucking in water. No matter what it will not run for a long time with the oil looking like chocolate milk. I would start like they said change the oil to make sure all the antifreeze is out. If it fills up again then I would think you have water getting into your engine from a cracked block or from the exhaust. Check your plugs and see which one looks gewy or fouling out then take off the exhaust on that side to see if water is entering the engine from a bad seal. Once you take it off you'll see if water is getting in. Either way once you take off the exhaust you MUST put new gaskets on. If you don't see any signs of water in the exhaust I would think your getting water through a blown head gasket. I'm not a mechanic. . .Just going from my own crappy experience.

could be oil overfull/blowby, tune-up, fuel issues, etc...

2. Smokes/steams really bad.

not sufficient cooling water/burning oil/blowby

3. Not sucking in water it seems. Seems to run at normal temps though.

on the muffs, see if water is exiting through the prop, sometimes you get little to no water out the relief ports but a lot out the prop

4. Oil is milky color, looks like coffee with creamer added.

change oil and filter, run it and check oil after warm-up/heat soak like stated before

5. Once it is started, it runs absolutely perfect.

maybe, but if the block IS cracked not for long - ALL engines with cracked blocks run great the first time you fire em up
