Replace all the rubber parts, all the bellows, and water intake hose, shift cable, ujoints, gimbal bearing, look at the wires on the trim limit switch and gauge sender, if they are bad, replace or repair.

Do I need to remove any other part of the stern drive to replace any of those that you mentioned or should I be able to do that from where I am at right now?

Look at section 4A of the service manual. You have to pull the drive, and the bellhousing to change the bellows and shift cable.
