Engine died while cruising down water

The last time i went boating the engine just died for no apparant reason. do i need to replace the oil pressure switch? I have already replaced the spark plugs. Thanks for the help!

If the engine died for no apparent reason, why would you need to replace the oil pressure switch?

Tell us more about the situation . . . gauge readings, did it start back up ? , etc.
