Three eggs, 1 cup of milk and that's about all that's in the fridge. Mrs. Tyme and I worked hard most of the day cleaning up limbs and brush and finishing up mowing our 5 acres. Whewww!
I decided last night to get some catfish fillets out of the freezer. So that's what we ate for supper. Catfish cut up to finger size nuggets,creamed corn as a side along with french fries as another side. Washed it all down with lemonade.
While I was thawing the fish, I thought I had defrosted too much. I was going to see if the neighbor wanted any, but after cutting the fillets up, dipping in egg and milk wash and then the coating I never even called them. We ended up having just a few nuggets left over and those will taste good for breakfast.
I've got just a few sips of bourbon left in the bottle. I even allowed Mrs. Tyme to indulge even though she has consumed her allotment for the month. Hey, a man has to guard his last few ounces of bourbon!!
