Love the forum very informative please help!

Looking at a 92 2ooTXRQ outboard
while compression checking got the folowing results COLD(hasnt run since Nov) 105 107
110 75
112 110

obviously 75 is low-started and ran it for 5 min and rechecked the bad cylinder and got a reading of 90
dealer said it may stuck rings or a head gasket
is he shinig me on?? should I run??

A decarb might bring it into line, but then again maybe it wouldn't and you would be in for a rebuild.

I would offer half of what it would be worth in top shape or I would just pass on it.
