Re: electric start for 1975 evinrude 9.9 with pull start
Kits for that year 9.9 are no longer available from what I see on the part smart. Even so, kits run around $700 which kinda makes such an upgrade to your engine kinda cost prohibitive when compared to the value of the engine. <br /><br />Best bet is to shop around ebay and maybe visit your local dealers. Maybe run across one that's busted up but still has the electric start stuff on it. Probably cheaper too....
