Electric relays - prower trim / tilt

Tried to use my power trim/tilt on my Evinrude 50....would not move....after taking off engine hood....could here a clicking sound coming from two relays.

Could that be the source of the problem?

relays click when working normally.

I'm not familiar with this type of setup, but you can rule out anything in the switch and control wiring. The problem could be in the relay, the big wire from the relay to the source, or the pump/motor.

have you checked the inline fuse? 20 amp
